What to report

Report an inaccurate factual claim, broken source, misleading implication, inaccessible interaction, missing commercial disclosure, or material conflict between visible guidance and the cited source.

What to include

Use the contact path and include the page URL, the exact statement or interaction, the reason it may be wrong, and a current primary source when available. Do not send passwords, customer records, incident evidence, personal information, confidential material, or regulated data.

How corrections work

We verify the issue against current primary material. A material correction updates the page, review date, and a concise correction note when context requires it. Spelling, formatting, and non-material clarity edits may be made without a public note.
