A 30-minute operating reset
Start with one business job and leave one useful record behind.
Do not begin with a product search. Pick the technology-supported job that creates the most avoidable confusion, interruption, access risk, or recurring decision load.
Choose one job
Pick a frequent, concrete job such as taking an order, collecting payment, scheduling work, sharing a document, answering a customer, onboarding a person, or closing the books. Name the result and the people who depend on it.
- What must continue today?
- Who owns the business result?
- Which system or account is critical?
- What usable fallback exists?
Choose one operating lens
Use access when ownership or recovery is unclear. Use reliability when work is repeatedly interrupted. Use a subscription review when cost or overlap is the question. Use a changeover plan when the team is considering a replacement.
Create one bounded artifact
Open the matching browser-only workbench or operating kit. Use categories here, then move the structure into your own approved system. Keep names, records, credentials, incident details, and confidential information out of this site.
Set the next check
Name an owner, next action, evidence, decision date, fallback, and escalation path. A small complete loop is more useful than an unfinished technology transformation plan.
